Would you like to make a difference and work for an outstanding charity committed to supporting survivors of domestic abuse?

Broxtowe Women’s Project (BWP) is seeking an exceptional individual to lead a team to deliver within our current 5-year funding framework and beyond. A new post for the organisation, the successful candidate will lead an exciting period of development for the charity.

To succeed in this role, you will be an inspiring, collaborative and creative leader. Ideally, you should bring a proven track record of strategic leadership and leadership skills together with experience in business development and organisational change, corporate governance and finance and have knowledge of the voluntary sector.  An understanding of the needs of vulnerable women and children is desirable, with experience of providing support services to individuals in a charity setting. The post will be supported by an active Board of Trustees with direct responsibility to the Chair and will have a pivotal relationship between the Board and the staff team.
