White Ribbon Art and Poetry Exhibition

Visit our White Ribbon Art and Poetry Exhibition in venues across Stapleford from 17 November to 5 December 2023.

The art and poetry pieces were created by survivors of domestic abuse inspired by this year’s White Ribbon theme, #ChangeTheStory. The UK Shared Prosperity Fund creative sessions, including poetry workshops, were held as part of our Wellbeing Service with women.

The work can be found in the windows of Stapleford Library, Chayah Development Project Office, Bake Me A Wish and Sense in Stapleford, Nottingham.

Exhibition trail maps will be available from the venues ahead of the Stapleford Market and Christmas Lights Switch On event on White Ribbon Day (25 November), or from our stall on the day. There will be a competition to visit each venue, finding the letter in the window and making a ‘mystery word’. Once complete, return to our stall on the day to receive a prize!

You can also read the poems published in our blog over the 16 Days of Action.
